Something on my long-range TODO is to re-write and expand the
correlation part of JFFNMS.  It would be able to do things like this
and possibly stuff like what Nagios does with the paths to the NMS
(eg the NMS uses router1 to get to router2, dont alarm router2 if
router1 is down)

It will be a while though. Anyone else is welcome to write it :)
