Graig what I did to fix this was to edit the jffnms.conf file.
I entered the full path names as defined by windows.
Basicly the slashes (/) should be backslashes (\)

Will continue with smokeping (see previous mail) and host reachabillity
tests.

What have you entered in the scheduler?  I'm guessing you have
/some/path/name /php 
or some other typo.  Invalid switch means that /php is being parsed as a
switch, eg
dir /a  (/a is the switch)
and not as a command.
