So you want to have normal link down in gray and admin down in red?

You could change that, but you will have to get into the status poller and change the behavior of the return numbers, its not easy if you are new to JFFNMS.

I just installed JFFNMS 0.8.2 from the Debian unstable
package, and I really like it this far. We're going to
monitor about 30 Cisco switches. My problem right now is
that when a link goes down, it becomes red, and also
displays an alert. If however it goes down due to
administrative intervention, it goes gray, and the interface
is shown as "Mark disabled". Is it possible to customize
this behavior? What I'd like to do is display an error for admin disabled
interfaces with red, and normal 'link down' states as grey.

Thanks for help
