Only solution is to downgrade PHP, and another is to find a key in the php.ini
that disables that error.

Everything installed and configured without any problems. When I
attempt to login for the first time with admin/admin I receive the error:

I have wiped and reinstalled on this machine as well as another Win2k3
using the directions http://www.jffnms.org/jffnms/INSTALL.win32.txt with
the same results.
Does ANYONE have a solution to this?
