Yes. The TCP port can either find a port or you can specify it.

https is a function of the webserver. You can view any of JFFNMS pages,
including the admin or view pages, via https.

I don't know if it is possible to poll https devices.

Event viewer can be seen as a RDF

No, but most pollers need SNMP. Without it you will only be able to
