I had that issue come up before.  I fixed it by doing the following.

Shutdown mysql

Go to the directory where the database files are stored and run the
following commands.

myisamchk -rq --analyze --sort-index *.MYI
myisamchk -r *.*

 This morning my jffnms box show a db message that says that it can't
open a file "interfaces.myd" this has happened before but didn't have so
many interfaces as today so I reinstall everything on that time. 
   
 Can anybody Help?
