There's an issue with RADIUS.
Radius clients encrypt the password as a MD5 hash.
And we have our passwords stored with DES in the DB.
And this being one-way hashes theres not way to authenticate.
The only solution I see is to store the password in both hashes (DES and MD5)
one for Tacacs and the other for RADIUS.
Because storing in clear text to hash it when we need it seems like a security
issue.

Verify that you have SELinux OFF.
Then, if you follwed the INSTALL guide do this:
# chown -R jffnms:jffnms /opt/jffnms
# chmod 770 /opt/jffnms
# chmod -R ug+rw /opt/jffnms
And verify that the user apache is part of the jffnms group.
Restart Apache.

All the PHP.INI info is correct checked them; apache has rights to
write
to the folder I did a 777 on all /opt/jffnms. Any help would be
