Uncomplicating the snmpd.conf file didn't help. Check this output out:

perth discovery # snmpwalk -v 1 -c test w.x.y.90 .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.1
perth discovery # snmpwalk -v 1 -c test w.x.y.90
UCD-SNMP-MIB::memAvailReal.0
UCD-SNMP-MIB::memAvailReal.0 = INTEGER: 42852
perth discovery # snmpwalk -On -v 1 -c test w.x.y.90
UCD-SNMP-MIB::memAvailReal.0
.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.4.6.0 = INTEGER: 42852
perth discovery #

As you can see, the OID's are different. What OID do you get when you run my
last command against your FreeBSD box?
