Yes.
Administration menu
-> Internal Configuration
-> Triggers & Filters
-> Triggers Configuration
Choose Trigger, click "View Rules"
Add/Edit a Trigger Rule
+ Field: Duration
+ Operator: Greater than
+ Value: 10
Click Save
This trigger will fire if the alarm goes on longer than 10 minutes,
works a treat here. Obviously there are other conditions you put in
too, like what sort of alarm or what group of hosts.
