We're trying to move back to Fedora Core 4 (from FC3) and are back into this problem. Has anyone been able to come up with why this is occurring, and what we might be able to do about it?

I fell back to FC3, and do not receive them any more. When I did receive them, it didn't mean the system was down, just that for some reason it couldn't display that screen. I went to another menu and re-clicked back on the screen I wanted and it usually came up. If I kept having a problem, I logged out and back in. Javier knows it's a problem and I believe he said he was looking into that fix for his next bug release.
