no default poller group means you didn't set the poller group 
in the Interface Types table (Discovery Default Poller column).

Unknown Customer means you did not set the A/D Default Customer
for that host.

No RRD files would be because you are not running the poller 
group yet.

Once you get that going, find an interface and run the poller manually.
