I've already created "RRDTool DS" interface type fields.
But I still cannot find rrd files in rrd/ directory.
Or should I create a graph plugin first?
Please tell me about starting config through creating a graph in step.(not in detail)
This will be very useful for me to check what I do something wrong.

Are there RRD files or are you saying there was an error message
"No files for this interface" ?

You need to create "RRDTool DS" interface type fields for your interface and get
the poller group to submit some values to those fields to get RRD Files.
