[jffnms-users] rrd files not being created

Hello all,

I've browsed through other posts on this topic and none seem to fall in line with the problem i'm seeing.  The rrd files are not being created so when i try to view an interface graph I get the error that the rrd file has not been created by the process poller yet.  I'm running FC4, and this is happening with the same issue on two identical servers, so i'm guessing it's a user error on my part. Please let me know what info would be helpful to see where it is failing.

mysql - 4.1.11
php - 5.0.4
RRDtool - 1.0.49
