Backing up JFFNMS is just like backing anything else up, find the stuff you changed and back that up. For an unmodified JFFNMS, this means: * the database, read the MySQL or PostgreSQL websites about to dump a database * the RRD files, these are just files in your rrd directory * The config files, again there is about 3 files in your config directory you may want to back up. That's it! I've restored a JFFNMS setup a few times, the longest time being the actual transfer of the files. - Craig -- Craig Small GnuPG:1C1B D893 1418 2AF4 45EE 95CB C76C E5AC 12CA DFA5 Eye-Net Consulting http://www.enc.com.au/ MIEE Debian developer csmall at : enc.com.au ieee.org debian.org ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
