Backing up JFFNMS is just like backing anything else up, find the stuff
you changed and back that up.  For an unmodified JFFNMS, this means:
  * the database, read the MySQL or PostgreSQL websites about to dump a
    database
  * the RRD files, these are just files in your rrd directory
  * The config files, again there is about 3 files in your config
    directory you may want to back up.

That's it! I've restored a JFFNMS setup a few times, the longest time
being the actual transfer of the files.
