I would like to see the poller output and a snmpwalk of the interfaces tree.
But it seems like both interfaces may have the same IP and jffnms is tracking it
as a change.
You can disable that by removing the IP address on jffnms.

Uplink port with Physical Interface 3120, but after the first pooling
the JFF change de Physical Interface to 3073 and start to monitor
