hi all,
I was checking the section 'Expanding JFFNMS' for expand the monitoring to
my Pseries box, but I have noticed that when I do a snmpwalk for this host,
I get all the system information, with the same oid's that i have for
windows, but when I do the manual discovery I am just getting the tcp and
udp ports and 2 network cards, but nothing about the system info such as
name, operative system, sysobject id, contact, location,sys services which
are values that I can get with the walk command, then my question is: even
with what I have explain above I have to create a new Interface type, for
the system info?, because I know that I will have to do it for find other
interfaces in the pseries but if I cant get the most easies, adding that I
am not an expert in programming and less in php or c... is a big problem for
me, if someone can help me here I would really appreciate that.
