I see an icon in the top right corner. When I click it, it's replaced with what looks like s refresh icon and close icon.

The graphs cannot be dragged, however.

Across the top I see the light blue area where I can select the options, customers, submaps, etc.

Is the "edit" button in the frame with the graphs or is it in controls.php?

Thanks Javier!
Chris

Submaps are done in DHTML.

Because that way you can change the position of each interface.

Click on the "edit" button at the right-top corner and then drag the boxes.

If you have interfaces on maps, then view interfaces on submaps with
performace, JFFNMS improperly lays out the page.

If you choose the root map, it actually builds a table and puts the
images in cells (and it looks very nice).

However, if you view a sub map, JFFNMS tries to use DHTML absolute
positioning.

It appears the math is off in how it calculates the layout. I'm trying
to find it in the code

You can test with the two url's below, replace "yourhostnamehere" with
your JFFNMS url.

http://Yourhostnamehere/view_interfaces.php?&map_id=2&map_color=009090&mark_interface=&active_only=0&break_by_card=0&break_by_host=0&break_by_zone=1&break_by_card=0&view_type=performance&host_id=&sound=1&big_graph=&only_rootmap=1&source=interfaces&client_id=0&screen_size=1275

http://Yourhostnamehere/view_interfaces.php?&map_id=1&map_color=009090&mark_interface=&active_only=0&break_by_card=0&break_by_host=0&break_by_zone=1&break_by_card=0&view_type=performance&host_id=&sound=1&big_graph=&only_rootmap=1&source=interfaces&client_id=0&screen_size=1275

I don't know if it's relevant, but this error only seems to appear on
a particular cisco router with over 200 Serial interfaces.

Hello!

I'm hoping someone can help me, I'm getting odd errors and JFFNMS
is acting oddly.

The first issue is when I go to performance. Sometimes I get this
odd error:

<end paste>

The c\: looks like it's the problem, but I can't find anywhere that
I've fat fingered a path or the like. I've also looked in the
database. That or it's escaping the colon?

Is it my version of rddtool.exe?

Has anyone else experienced this and solved it? I saw one previous
post like this but no replies.

Another issue is when viewing the main pages. It's almost as if the
javascript isn't scaling correctly. I have a lot of interfaces and
when I scroll down the DHTML hover dialog gets more and more "off".

Thirdly, I've added interfaces to maps. From the maps view, I drill
in while using the performance view. When I do this on any map other
than the root map, the graphs overlap.

It seems like the interface isn't detecting my resolution correctly.

It does this in both firefox and IE.

I'm running this on a dedicated server and I'm not sure what else to do?

Does anyone else see this?

If there's a URL I've not found or something in the documentation,
please point me in the right direction.

I can send screen shots if that will help.

Thanks in advance for any assistance,
Chris
