Ok guys here is the problem. Im still trying to get JFFNMS up and running on a Server 2003 machine using Apache 2.2.2, MySQL 4.1, PHP5, WinPCAP 3.1. Originally had an issue getting to the setup.php file, there was a problem with MySQL that I think I got worked out. When I pull up setup.php I get everything working that should be and the paths are set up as per the windows install document that Javier has supplied. When I attempt to login, sometimes it works and I can login normally however at least 50% of the time it just beeps and wont attempt the login. Im lost on this because it doesnt do it all the time, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt and I dont change anything. It seems like there are still some MySQL issues that I need to deal with but I just dont know what. Also, when I could login and tried to set up the sceduled tasks for auto-discovery, poller, etc. it will only allow me to run them through my windows admin account. When I try to run them using the jffnms/jffnms account and password that I created I get a permission error and it will not work. Does that sound like a windows problem or is that something with MySQL again?
