Assuming you installed according to the instructions and are using a 
*NIX based solution, you would want to backup your entire /opt/jffnms 
directory as well as do a mysqldump of your database so it can be 
populated quickly once your rig is up and running properly again. I'm 
not as familiar with PostgreSQL but I would assume there is a similar 
way to pull data. If you are running a windows based solution, I believe 
others here on the list would be a better help.
