Hi Im not sure what log file this is but im guessing you are using tacacs+ auth on your routers.
If so and if JFFNMS is set to check telnet on your hosts then JFFNMS is telneting to your routers and switches to see if telnet is up on the devices. But Its not actually logging in so the tacacs+ session is timing out which is probably causing the Null Reply An easy way to test this is to tail -f your/log/file and telnetting to one of the devices but then don't login just leave it to time out see if you get a similar error.
