Quick answer, no. Use the "simple" plugin instead.
You can use the host information one but it takes a bit more doing.

use "simple"

> Discovery Parameters:                   .1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.16.1.1
use ".1.3.6.1.4.1.3224.16.1.1,cpu"
it may need a .0 on the end of the oid.

this needs to match the name found in the graph plugin AND the name for
the Interface Types Fields.

> Pller Command(file):                          snmp_counter

You also need a poller group.
