Yes, date is correct on both systems...both syncing to same NTP source.
I have added jffnms user with full control to the c:\jffnms folder & subfolders as well as the c:\usr folder and subfolders.
I have run the poller manually but am not sure what to look for. Initially I was seeing an error related to jffnms.conf.defaults but when I included the folder c:\jffnms\conf in the array of folders that error went away.
What else can I look for to troubleshoot this?
