I'll see if I can find a suitable sarge chroot to build it on. 0.8.3-1
for sid/unstable will be uploaded soon.  I just have had to check some 
issues around the automatic database updates.

Does sarge ship with dbconfig-common?  If it does then you could
probably just use the sid version.
