Javier.

Thanks for that. I've started the upgrade, but run into a snag.

The patching of the app works fine, but when I try to upgrade the
database scheme, I get the following error

/usr/local/jffnms # cat
docs/upgrade/mysql/jffnms-0.8.2-to-0.8.3.mysql.diff* | mysql -u jffnms
-pjffnms jffnms
ERROR 1074 at line 39: Too big column length for column 'value' (max =
255). Use BLOB instead
/usr/local/jffnms #

Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong here? More importantly, what I can
do to fix it?

Thanks.

Darren

If you already have 0.8.2 running, then you can keep your own PHP, 0.8.3
will work.

It should also work with the latest one.

I use 5.1.4
