Hi I have some problems with a
severity definition. When I try to define a new severity, it shows me the
following messajes. Connection to DB Restored... Connection to DB Restored... Query Failed - table_insert(severity)
- insert into severity (severity,bgcolor,fgcolor)
VALUES ('New
Severity','000000','FFFFFF') - Duplicate entry '127' for key 1 I have changed the 127 level
in the severity form, but when I click on save button it doesn’t take the
new value and show a problem with the 127 entry. Thanks in advance if somebody
