The problem is not that there is no site, that there is no currently
easy way of exporting and importing them except for some trivial cases.

You see I create a new plugin X, I will use ID 10001.
Then you make a new plugin Y, it will also use ID 10001.

Then I see your Y and think it is a neat plugin, I then import it.
The result is some wierd mixture.

That looks very interesting, if it was the one I was looking at a few
