When multiple interfaces go down at the same time, or really quick after
each other then the trap_receiver.php file recognizes the same OID, and only
puts one item in the database.
Maybe it is possible also to check the varbinds, to see if the traps are
about the same interface?
I fixed it at the moment through let trap_receiver not to check for doubles.
I did this to comment out the following lines: 45, 68 and 69.
