Hi, Nothing related to that changed in 0.8.3
Keep in mind that if your OWN profile already has the option create the default will not apply. It seems you are editing the Internal Configuration->Profile options, which is the definition of the profile options. Please check if your options for your OWN profile user Users->View Profile for your user.
