Hello all,
The ebuild for 8.3 is finished. It just emerge quickly for me. Now I'm going forward with testing and learning more about JFFNMS. There is an updated document for the installation of JFFNMS on gentoo: http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/jffnms.xml Feedback or problems with either the installation doc or the jffnms 8.3 ebuild can be registered at: bugs.gentoo.org Hopefully, somebody else will test out 8.3 ebuild, and decide if the gentoo ebuild and docs are consistent with the other JFFNMS packages and documentation. Bugs can be filed on the documentation as well as the ebuild, directly to bugs.gentoo.org. If a version bump occurs with JFFNMS, hopefully one of the devs will file a notice with bugs.gentoo.org. Certainly there are many others with a deeper knowledge of JFFNMS than I. I'm very excited about JFFNMS on gentoo, as have told lots of folks about JFFNMS. hth, James ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
