You can try doing a mysqldump and importing the database in the other box.
I used this method and it works, you just need to do some fine tunning.
(user, passwords, etc)

I have been testing jffnms on a test box and am very happy with it. I
want to move it to the box it will run on to monitor my network. Is there a
way to export the config, hosts, interfaces and so on to the new box so that
I don't have to re-enter everything by hand?
