First of all, you need to have de OIDs that gives you the statistics of the
router. (or a MIB file).
JFFNMS can graph anything that is presented by the router via SNMP. You just
need to tweak it.
Once you have them, you can use the procedure explained in the JFFNMS online
manual. I think that it is under the subject "Expanding JFFNMS" or something
similar (For your reference, it explains how to do something with ICMP)
