Hello all, I am having a similar problem with my interface-408-9 (The RRDTool files for Interface ID 409 (from Host ID 9), has not been created by the Poller Process yet) but with a slight difference that appears to be realted to ... color????.
I turned on debug and I grabbed the commands that were being run for that particular graph. I copied and pasted them into my term and I found only 1 that would error: /usr/bin/rrdtool graph '/opt/jffnms/engine/temp/46250249034e0.dat' --imgformat=PNG --start=1176742620 --end=1176829020 --base=1000 --lower-limit=1 --title='Everly-RTR-1700 Everly Ethern 2007-04-17 12:22:03' --alt-autoscale-max --color=GRID#CCCCCC --color=MGRID#777777 --height=140 --width=260 --font=DEFAULT:7:/opt/jffnms/engine/fonts/LucidaTypewriterRegular.ttf --vertical-label='% of Lost Packets' DEF:input=/opt/jffnms/rrd/interface-408-0.rrd:data:AVERAGE DEF:output=/opt/jffnms/rrd/interface-408-1.rrd:data:AVERAGE DEF:plraw=/opt/jffnms/rrd/interface-408-5.rrd:data:AVERAGE CDEF:inputbits=input,8,* CDEF:outputbits=output,8,* HRULE:10000000#FF0000:'Total Inbound Bandwidth\: 10000 kbps\n' HRULE:10000000#FF0000:'Total Outbound Bandwidth\: 10000 kbps\n' CDEF:plpor=plraw,2,* CDEF:pldiv=plraw,2,/ CDEF:bigger=inputbits, outputbits,MAX CDEF:10bigger=10,bigger,*,100,/ CDEF:pl=10bigger,pldiv,* AREA:bigger#FFFFFF: STACK:pl#FF0000:'Packet Loss' GPRINT:plpor:AVERAGE:'Average\:%5.0lf %%' GPRINT:plpor:LAST:'Last\:%5.0lf %%\n' AREA:inputbits#00CC00:Inbound LINE2:outputbits#0000FF:'Outbound ' ERROR: Could not parse color in '55000' So I changed 55000 to FF0000 ran it again only to get: ERROR: Could not parse color in '99000' So I changed it also to FF0000 and then I finally got: 355x224 I am going bonkers trying to figure this out. I attempted to look in the archives for the article that Craig had mentioned but with out knowing what file it is I need to alter I just end up with the NYC phonebook for search results. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated!!!!! Thanks in advance! I know that months ago when I was initially looking at this, I found the references to that problem. I thought I had made that change, but I'll look again. -Joe ------------------------------------------------------------------------ - This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
