The documentation describes how to graph a single SNMP value. Try
reading that first and then let us know what you don't understand from
there. This is good for two reasons:
1) We don't have to duplicate everything everytime someone has this
2) We can make the documents better, going on the theory that what
causes problems for you will cause problems for others.
