Thank you everybody for your answers. I did what Boris suggested me to do; I added 3 hosts manually and after half an hour, eventually, I could manage them. The problem with "No interfaces found" was solved after some time passed.
What is more, autodiscovery worked for networks after all. It discovered all networks and IP's here. The only thing I did is to run a couple of php scripts in /opt/jffnms/engine manually. Anyway, it seems to be working. I would also like to post one more question please, in the case that somebody has an idea: Is there a way to import other product MIBS to jffnms? I mean can I manage an f5 big-ip (i.e. its fan speed)?
