It's a pipe (and ask others have said most likely the pipe to rrdtool)

/proc/net/unix should have it listed, the number 7329979 is the inode
(7th column). I'd say it will be an unnamed pipe.

Have a look closely at rrdtool, it is usually the problem with these
sorts of things, unless that pipe is going to the mysql socket then its
a problem with the database.
