found yet, how do I add that host with that Reachability interface into
jffnms system?

If you mean by that you just want to see the device up and down then
there is the Reachability interface type. You will receive nothing more
than the RTT it takes to reach the device from your JFFNMS server and
the percent packet loss between them, as well as if your server could
reach the remote device at all.
