If you have set the SNMP community and autodiscovery policy correctly you should see interfaces after 30 minutes (provided you have installed the cron jobs/scheduled tasks).
You could try to manually discover the interfaces to ensure everything is working correctly, go to Administration, Hosts then choose Manual Discovery, if everything is set up correctly you will see a list of interfaces within 30 seconds.
