Thanks for the reply. I've actually uninstalled it (well, more accurately,
I've reinstalled the server it was on) and have moved on to assessing Nagios
instead.
I can see the appeal to JFFNMS, but in the end, I don't think it's for me.
The one main reason why I considered it was because it had a "Customer"
logon feature, but given the problems I've had installing and then
configuring it, it turns out that Nagios is a better match.
Thanks for the assistance though, I appreciate it.
