It seems to be working now I changed the snmpd version back down to 4.x and set the snmp walk info to v1 not sure what thats about but its working same for all the server NIC interfaces that where not graphing

The bandwidth statement in a cisco config. Times it by 8 and you get your speed. Your router is not giving packet and byte counts.
