Hello,
I am trying to setup network discovery on a new install of jffnms (Gentoo).
I followed the instructions in the manual and configured a new “zone”, added
the CIDR address, enabled auto discovery and allowed private IP’s. I set it to
scan every hour; I plan to turn this down once working.
Nmap and fping work on the host which I assume jffnms will use to carry out
this function. Does jffnms need specific versions?
So far no new hosts... Where can I look for errors?
The zone I have enabled is the same subnet that the host is present in so
should be no routing issues.
Any pointers anyone?
