Have you got the file
/opt/jffnms/engine/fonts/LucidaTypewriterRegular.ttf
Check your font path and that it is readable. It looks like a font
problem, or possibly a dependency.

If that file is fine I'd start looking at the rrdtool. Also as a
work-around to use the default font look in lib/api.rrdtool.inc.php

Around line 225 you have this:
$opts_header["font"] = "--font=DEFAULT:7:$rrdtool_font";

comment it out.
