Hello Craig, there was no copy and paste problem, the copies of printouts were absolutely correct. I get this strange 600%-alarm in my "good" JFFNMS only when I run rrd_analyzer.php manually. Leaving the system untouched I receive correct alarms each 30min like the following one.
14 Jun 22:30:04 SLA Ubuntu2 NewZone / Storage Used > 30%: 42.12 % (Unknown Customer FixedDisk 63718490112) On my "faulty" JFFNMS I don't receive alarms like above. There I receive the faulty 600%-alarms each 30 min. As you know I don't get faulty alarms not only by monitoring storage but also for monitoring CPU-Usage. Maybe there are more problems on things I do not monitor. I do get the faulty SLA alarms not only for one host, I get them for my monitored virtual machines, too. The problems startet just after upgrading ubuntu from version 8.10 to 9.04. In the first two or three weeks after the upgrade there was a problem with "Reachability Test" ,too. It did not work anymore. But this problem disappeared someday. I already purged JFFNMS and rrdtool from disk and reinstalled them, but this did not help. -- GMX FreeDSL Komplettanschluss mit DSL 6.000 Flatrate und Telefonanschluss für nur 17,95 Euro/mtl.!* http://portal.gmx.net/de/go/dsl02 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial Check out the new simplified licensing option that enables unlimited royalty-free distribution of the report engine for externally facing server and web deployment. http://p.sf.net/sfu/businessobjects _______________________________________________ jffnms-users mailing list jffnms-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jffnms-users
