Hello, It's been a long wait, but JFFNMS 0.8.4pre1 is now on sourceforge. This is the first update of the JFFNMS code for quite some time. I have made a lot of adjustments to how the files are updated and the package itself it released, which should mean (assuming it actually works) releases will be more common. One of the biggest drawbacks to releasing JFFNMS is its not exactly the easiest thing to cut a tar.gz file out for, mainly due to how the database works.
As it is a pre-release, you probably don't want this on your production equipment. I'd like to hear from people who install this on new/clean systems as well as updating existing ones. Your comments will go into making the release better and if pre1 isn't too horrible we won't need a pre2 and 0.8.4 will be out.
