1) Checking through the Debian patches I reversed a patch that (due
to the control file) wasn't being applied
2) The test site didn't have it's symbolic link moved to the new
code so it tested fine (because it was still pointing to the 0.8.3
code) - this is how the logfiles problem happened too
3) I don't think anyone else tests the code.
