Hi No matter what we do the down host detection does not seem to work (despite having a main interface set to reachability for each host) and if any one of the hosts we're graphing goes down, we start getting gaps on all our graphs. Usually the host outage only lasts a couple hours at most, but enough to cause gaps. We've got 8 pollers for 284H and 6199I and the box runs slick so long as everyone is up and responding...but as soon as one drops, gaps :(
Is there any way to change the JFFNMS RRD Heartbeat on newly created graphs? What about changing the heartbeat of existing RRDs, is that possible? I see the file api.rrdtool.inc.php which seems to form the rrd file options, but I'm not sure exactly where the heartbeat value is.
