Hi,
You need to create a trigger that sends (action) e-mail whith a condition
matching alarms on your customer's devices. Be sure that your servers belong to
the right customer (i don't remember if hosts have a customer field, but if not
you can for sure associate the host to a zone).

Hi
I would like to send interface up/down notifications to our customers.
Unfortunately, customer filter user profile does not have any effect on
e-mails. Can I set jffnms somehow to send e-mails only to that customer that
the failed interface/host belongs to?
