The 'Add Marked Interfaces' button is one of the last things to be sent
and it is sent after all the interface discovery processes are
complete.  Sometimes these can take a long time.

Try doing it with a host with no SNMP community set so it is faster to
see if the button comes back.  Also, have a look at your apache logs to
see if there is not some fatal error killing the PHP process before it
can finish.
