MIBs are basically lists of OIDs or sequences of numbers. You can pick 
a few of them out of the document to graph or check status.

It's not that hard to setup, though its not trivial either.  The
documentation shows you how to graph the ping or ICMP packet counter
which you can adopt for your own use.
