I was able to set up the Triggers with the "OR"... I set up a couple of PC's to just Reachability and pulled the plug on one after getting a good graph going.
The Trigger didn't do anything, which is probably step 2.. because the Object never turned Red?? The graph shows it isn't reachable anymore, though?? I do also have a test Catalyst 2960 in this JFFNMS instance and it has ports that are Red (things aren't plugged in).
