Hi Ramesh, Check out the Wiki. http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/jffnms/index.php?title=Linux_Installation
What Linux flavour are you using? I have just done an install on Ubuntu and apt-get did most of the install including creating the database etc. All I had to do really was create a symlink from the Apache root. Though I am still wrestling a bit with php versions, the latest 5.4.6 (as used by Ubuntu) , seems to not work very well with jffnms (Makes jffnms slow), but 5.3.10 is a little better but still not perfect. Hope that help.
